About us

Tucked away in Nashville’s downtown, the NEWLY RENOVATED Holston House Nashville is an art deco haven just steps from the celebrated Lower Broadway scene, with live music, dining, and sports arenas. Our premier boutique hotel was inspired by Music City’s history, and it has welcomed artists and creatives since 1929. Take in city views by the outdoor pool, or sip a cocktail at our rooftop lounge, Heirloom, as you discover Nashville’s bold spirit. Our newly renovated 191-room hotel features six suites, including two signature 12th floor penthouse suites, a fitness center, and a series of food and beverage offerings including a lobby lounge and rooftop bar. Holston House offers nearly 3,000 square-feet of flexible meeting and event space, which includes ample function space on the first level, a boardroom, and a 439 square-foot skyline room with folding glass doors leading out to the rooftop pool and private balcony which overlooks the city.
