InterContinental The Clement Monterey is comprised of 3 buildings--one building on the Monterey Bay including the lobby, and guest reception, half the guest rooms, the C restaurant + bar, and all meeting space; one building attached by a sky bridge over Cannery Row and the Recreation Trail, with half the guest rooms, The Spa, Fitness Center, VIP Kids Club, pool and hot tub; and the parking garage, bordered by Wave Street and the Recreation Trail.
