STUDIOS 1 & 2 We can roll two Studios into one larger space, by simply removing the wall. Up on the first floor mezzanine, with views overlooking the Lounge Bar, you can privately entertain in the Studios while keeping one eye on the rest of the hotel buzz. Whisk your VIPs in and out of a private entrance, away from the revel, making it the perfect setting for press launches, media interviews and creative cocktails. Each studio features Plasma screens for presentations and "Surround White Wall" boards for creative moments. We also have a non-conventional set up that consists of sofas and small tables it’s less structured and more creative, geared towards team dynamics rather than boardroom formality! Wired, the Business Centre and a guest coat check is also be on here, giving us the opportunity to have a self-contained suite that can be used for group check-ins, meetings, cocktail parties or dinners. We can even add on suites to enable us to have press junkets. * Main set up boardroom and casual seating. * Lunch can be served in the studio or on the balcony. * No bar set up only tray service. * Bar set up is only possible on special occasions, extra cost of hiring bar. * Area outside Wired can also be used for catering. * Total capacity of balcony in front of studios and area in front of wired is 20 standing SCREENING ROOM Designed to look like the inside of a Victorian camera bellows the inset led lighting in the walls of the screening room sets the tone for our hi spec screening room with 39 seats The room features 3D, Dolby Surround System, as well as a Sony 4K projector which is fully DCI (Digital Cinema Initiative) compliant. The screening room also focuses on textures so not just sight and sound but touch as well using a huge range of fabrics including velvets and leathers, tweeds and fur, all in scarlet! Our B&F will be bespoke to the screening room but popcorn and martinis are on the top of the menu. * Fixed theatre style. * B&F will not be served in the room. * VIP entrance to the room Additional features available in the W London Screening Room. These can be offered to clients for events and also to in-house guests. • Sky television in 3D • Playstation 3 or Xbox gaming in 3D • Blue ray DVD player in 3D
