Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Should client cancel any portion(s) of the originally executed quotes for any events, written notice must be received by Viticus Group, and the following cancellation fees shall apply: Time Prior To Event Cancellation Fee 18 months 15% of Minimum Value 12 months 20% of Minimum Value 9 months 25% of Minimum Value 3 months 50% of Minimum Value 60 days 75% of Minimum Value 30 days 100% of Minimum Value The “Minimum Value” of the Event is the sum of Rental Fees for space contracted for, the Food & Beverage Revenue based on the Guaranteed Attendance and any applicable tax and service charge(s). The Cancellation Fee is due and payable immediately upon written notice of cancellation. Client acknowledges that the damages suffered by Viticus Group from cancellation of any portion(s) of agreed upon event spaces and related services will be substantial and that the parties may not be capable of determining the extent of such damages with mathematical precision. For that reason, the liquidated and agreed upon damages have been incorporated into this Agreement and agreed upon by the parties as a valid and reasonable pre-estimate of such damages and not as a penalty.
