Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable deposit of 20% of total event cost due upon signing of Event Order. Cancellations made within 60 days of Event date are subject to following charges: 60 - 31 days prior to event: 50% of event total indicated in signed agreement. 30 - 15 days prior to event: 75% of event total indicated in signed agreement. 14 days or less: 100% of event total indicated in signed agreement.
Additional details
Schwemme Main Beer Hall accommodates groups of any size up to 380 guests. Is not a private space unless full buy-out of the Hall. Biergarten accommodates groups of any size up to 450 guests. Group space is semi-private. For completely private, full buy-out of the space is required. *Full restaurant bookings for private events available, accommodating up to 1,500 guests.
