Our state-of-the-art, ground-breaking facility is three venues in one. The indoor venue offers flexible seating capacities from the Intimate Theater up to 2500 and Full Theater up to 4000. For larger groups, raise the convertible back walls and experience the indoor/outdoor Amphitheater to accommodate up to 8000. Featuring 87,742 square feet of flexible event space, The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory is the perfect combination of modern elegance with cutting edge sound and technology. The venue features additional spaces to support activations, exhibits, breakouts, and sponsor areas with the VIP Lounge, and spacious East & West Plazas. Additionally, the second level offers breakout options for your next business meeting with the Backstage Catering area, Dressing Rooms, and Artist Lounge. Located just north of O’Connor between US Highway 114 and Las Colinas Boulevard in Irving, Texas, The Music Factory is DFW’s newest entertainment venue. Slated to open in Fall 2017, this project is primed to be an all-in-one dining and entertainment destination for DFW. This new lifestyle center will be anchored by The Pavilion, a groundbreaking convertible venue can convert easily from a 4,000 seat indoor concert hall to an 8,000 seat outdoor amphitheater, allowing it to accommodate a wide variety of entertainment throughout the year. The project will offer 250,000 square feet of entertainment and restaurant space, including a movie theater and 25 restaurant options. It will also feature 100,000 square feet of office space home to Irving based, Ethos Group.
