We operate with 100% RECs, energy efficient light bulbs in both guest lofts and meeting rooms, stand -alone heating and air conditioning units. Guest lofts feature the key- card energy management system that automatically turns off the lights when leave and turns them on when you enter, blue recyclable bins, recycled desk pads and folio binders, and bath amenities come in recycled bottles that have no chemical preservations like Paraben.
