From signing contract to 02 months prior to first arrival date: No charge for cancellation/reduction of up to 20% of total amount of meeting/event arrangement confirmed. Between 02 months and 01 month prior to first arrival date: No charge for cancellation/reduction of up to 10% of total amount of meeting/event arrangement confirmed. Between 01 month and 14 days prior to first arrival date: No charge for cancellation/reduction of up to 5% of total amount of meeting/event arrangement confirmed. Less than 14 days prior to the arrival date: All meeting/event arrangement confirmed, no further cancellation/reduction possible. No refund of any deposits paid to the hotel.
