The Hotel provides a landscape view of rail track from one side and synic beauty of hills from the other with national highway road in front to connect the hotel with the city & other parts of the country. It borders the largest wetland in the area called Deepor Beel that has an abundance of flora and fauna and that is flooded by migratory birds from Russia and Siberia during the fall season as the birds get away from the biting cold. 2017-2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner.
