Situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park in the Edwardian town of Grange over Sands, the Netherwood Hotel is set in extensive grounds overlooking the spectacular Morecambe Bay. This dramatic and stately residence was built as a family house in the 19th century, and still retains its close, friendly ambience in the careful hands of its long standing owners, the Fallowfield family. Offering luxury accommodation for visitors to the South Lakes, one can be assured of a warm welcome at Netherwood whether you are attending a private function, wedding, or simply escaping for a few days peace from the hectic course of life. All of our luxury bedrooms offer en-suite accommodation with picturesque views looking across Morecambe Bay, the gardens or the woodland to the rear of the hotel. The light and airy restaurant is housed on the first floor of the house, maximising the dramatic views over Morecambe Bay. There are infinite options available to you providing a great deal of flexibility to ensure your event runs smoothly. With a selection of reception and conference rooms catering for groups of up to 150 people, we can also offer space outside the main building for marquees for exhibitions and displays. Our delegate packages typically includes stationery, cordials and mineral water, flip chart, overhead projector and screen, and room hire. Additional audio-visual equipment can be hired subject to additional cost.
