Welcome to SCALA, Ghent’s newest meeting and events center, located at the heart of the Akkerhage Center: A thriving business and hospitality hub just off the E17 and E40 highways, and conveniently outside the city’s Low Emission Zone (LEZ). Facility Restrictions
Fundamentally, the Event Organizer may not bring food & beverages to the event. In special cases, a written agreement can be reached permitting such an arrangement: in such cases; the Hotel charges a service fee or a corkage fee, respectively.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy for groups • Free cancellation by the Event Organizer up to 90 days before the first arrival date. • 30% reduction can be made without charge by 60 days before arrival. • 20% reduction can be made without charge by 30 days before arrival. • 10% reduction can be made without charge by 15 days before arrival. Any later rooms cancelation will result in a penalty of 100 % of the contracted rooms.
