We believe in delivering exceptional guest experiences while reducing our environmental impact. In 2024, we were honored with Marriott International’s “Most Outstanding Sustainability Program” award for the US, Canada, and CALA regions, and proudly hold a 4 Key Eco-Rating from Green Key Global. Our initiatives include: Digital & Mobile Solutions: Mobile check-in, mobile keys, energy-efficient digital signage, and digital menus create a frictionless and eco-friendly guest experience. Eco-Conscious Meetings: Linen-less setups, recycled-content paper, and robust recycling options throughout our meeting spaces. Energy & Water Efficiency: Energy-saving HVAC systems, motion-sensor lighting, and water-efficient guest room fixtures. In 2024 alone, we reduced energy use by 2.55%, continuing a six-year streak of energy savings. Recycling & Waste Reduction: Comprehensive recycling, donations of old electronics and furnishings, and food waste minimization using ORCA and Winnow technology. Mindful Sourcing: Locally sourced, sustainable ingredients, bulk condiments, eco-friendly packaging, and alternatives to bottled water. Guest Room Innovation: Smart fan coil units adjust temperature based on occupancy. Guests can opt into our linen reuse program to help conserve water and energy. Food Rescue Partnership: Through our collaboration with Metro Food Rescue, we've donated over 100 pounds of prepared food to local shelters, soup kitchens, and organizations that serve our community.
