Cancellation Policy

Group reservations cancelled by 12:00 PM MST 48 hours prior to arrival will not incur any penalties; however cancellations received after 12:00 PM MST 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to full room and tax of reservation.
