About us
AKZENT Hotel Haus Surendorff is situated at the northern borderland of Bramsche, at the edge of Gehn, which is rich in forests. For conferences and meetings we have special prepared rooms. The hotel also has different categories of sleep room. Apart from its own attractions, Bramsche is ideally situated for outings into the surrounding countryside. Osnabrück is only 18 kilometers away. Take a stroll around the old town there with lovingly restored half-timbered houses. Important historical events are recorded in Bramsche like the famous Battle of Varus. The battlefield of the war between the Romans an the Teutonics in 9 AD is to be found at Kalkriese, a village which today is part of Bramsche. All finds the archaeologists have recovered by difficult spadework are shown and explained to the visitor at the information centre.
