Cancellation Policy: a) In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the hotel will apply a charge equivalent to any loss suffered. Additionally, costs incurred for any equipment hired by the hotel on behalf of the customer will be added to the cancellation fee. b) The following cancellation charges, as percentages of the total amount pre-booked, will be implemented: Cancellation 24 – 16 weeks before an event: 20% of total charges Cancellation 16 – 12 weeks before an event: 35% of total charges Cancellation 12 - 8 weeks before an event: 50% of total charges Cancellation 8 - 2 weeks before an event: 75% of total charges Cancellation 2 weeks or less before an event: 100% of total charges a) No charge will be applied if the venue can be successfully resold for the same date(s) at a similar fee.
