Meydenbauer Center is a boutique, non-union convention center in Bellevue, Washington with the largest, carpeted and column-free space on Seattle’s Eastside at 36,000 square feet. Big enough to accommodate your event needs, but small enough to be accommodating and intimate, we bring over 25 years of event experience to the table. With modern finishes and a new feeling, Meydenbauer Center offers all of the amenities and benefits of a standard convention center with unrivaled personality and an unmatched standard of excellence. You’ll have a dedicated Event Manager from start to finish to assist you with executing your vision in any of our fully customizable spaces. No need is too big or too small. Our professional, in-house catering team provides restaurant quality food and beverage, saving you the trouble of outsourcing catering. Additionally, with close proximity to Seattle (9 miles) and Sea-Tac International Airport (17 miles) as well as near 4,000 hotel rooms within walking distance, Meydenbauer Center is perfectly situated to provide access to the great Northwest while giving you a sleek and unique setting for your event.

As soon as you submit a request for proposal, you will be working with a dedicated Event Manager who will be with you through the booking and planning process, as well on site during your event. We also have an in-house culinary team who will look to make the perfect Pacific Northwest meals to meet the needs of all your guests! Our team is available to create custom menus to fit any themes and is always focusing on designing inclusive menus that cover all of the major dietary restrictions and appeal to every guest.
