The property features a comprehensive recycling program, including single-stream plastics, and utilizes BioGreen Kitchen Waste Management in its brasserie, in-room dining, and banquet kitchens. This closed-loop system transforms 100% of food waste into premium organic fertilizer without using or discharging water, significantly reducing CO₂ emissions, conserving millions of gallons of water, and diverting waste from landfills.
