About us

The Titania Hotel Athens, member of the H Hotels Collection owned by the Hatzilazarou family, is a landmark destination nestled in the heart of the timeless Greek capital. With its exceptional location between Syntagma and Omonia squares, it offers guests stunning views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill, comfortable accommodations, and a warm atmosphere. Ideal for business trips, leisure holidays, conferences, and events, the hotel is just a short distance from the "Panepistimio" and "Omonia" metro stations, making it a perfect base for exploring Athens. Originally established in 1911 as "The United Voustasias" patisserie, the location became a cultural hub for Athenian intellectuals. By the 1930s, it transformed into the Titania Cinema, a 2,000-seat marvel, and eventually evolved into the iconic Titania Hotel in 1976, offering 385 rooms and suites. Now, under the ownership of the H Hotels Collection since February 2024, the Titania Hotel continues to honor its rich heritage while enhancing guest experiences, blending history with modern hospitality at the heart of Athens.
