Annuleringsbeleid

6. ANNULERING OF WIJZIGINGEN AANGEBRACHT DOOR DE KLANT i. Als de klant de boeking moet annuleren, moet de klant het hotel hiervan telefonisch op de hoogte stellen en zo snel mogelijk schriftelijk bevestigen zo mogelijk. ii. Indien de Klant faciliteiten of minimumaantallen zoals vermeld in deze Algemene Voorwaarden annuleert of verlaagt, zal de Klant moet de annuleringskosten van het hotel betalen als volgt: a) Annuleringen 181 dagen of meer vóór de startdatum van het evenement - gratis b) Annuleringen 180 - 91 dagen voor de startdatum van het evenement - 25% c) Annuleringen 90 - 61 dagen voor de startdatum van het evenement - 50% d) Annuleringen 60 - 31 dagen voor de startdatum van het evenement 85% e) Annuleringen minder dan 30 dagen voor de startdag van het evenement - 100% iii. Het hotel zal proberen de evenementenfaciliteiten die de klant heeft geannuleerd opnieuw te huren. Als het hotel deze opnieuw kan huren faciliteiten, het zal alle ontvangen inkomsten aftrekken van de annuleringskosten die door de Klant moeten worden betaald. iv. Elk uitstel van bevestigde zaken wordt beschouwd als een annulering.
