Der Park- und Palastkomplex Łazienki Park liegt im zentralen Bezirk von Warschau (Śródmieście) an der Ujazdów Avenue, die Teil der „Königlichen Route“ ist, die das Königsschloss mit dem Wilanów-Palast im Süden verbindet. Es ist der größte Park in Warschau. Ursprünglich im 17. Jahrhundert als Badepark angelegt (daher der Name), wurde er 1918 offiziell als öffentlicher Park ausgewiesen. Das Grundstück befindet sich in der Gegend zwischen der Ul. Wybrzeże Szczecińskie, Al. Zielenieckiej und Al. In Poniatowskiego im Bezirk Praga Południe in Warschau befindet sich das Nationalstadion mit der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur. Die Investition beinhaltet den Bau des Nationalstadions, das an die Stelle des abgerissenen Stadions zum 10-jährigen Jubiläum treten soll. Es wird hauptsächlich für Fußballspiele genutzt und ist das Heimstadion der polnischen Fußballnationalmannschaft. Im Nationalstadion fand das Eröffnungsspiel der UEFA Euro 2012 statt. Hier finden auch Veranstaltungen wie Konzerte, Motorrad-Speedways und viele andere statt.

Es umfasst 200 Geschäfte und Restaurants (auf 63.500 m²), ein Hotel, ein Multiplex-Kino (8 Leinwände, 2560 Sitzplätze, eröffnet am 31. August 2007 [1]) und eine Tiefgarage für 1.400 Autos. Ein transparentes Dach bedeckt den charakteristischen zentralen Innenhof, der für Konzerte und ähnliche Veranstaltungen konzipiert ist.
