About us

Die Villa Carrara befindet sich in der Via Madonna della Quercia, 5. In seinen Räumen und seiner reichen Einrichtung lebt noch immer die Atmosphäre der Jahre, in denen das Haus ein Treffpunkt für Künstler, Wissenschaftler und Intellektuelle war, die die Carrara gerne bewohnten und unterstützten. Die Säle auf zwei Stockwerken bewahren sorgfältig die Möbel und die Pracht der Villa aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, die bis heute mit Bedacht erhalten ist. Die Villa Carrara veranstaltet und organisiert Veranstaltungen, Konzerte, Abende und Termine. Es ist leicht von Rom, Frosinone und Latina aus zu erreichen und ist der richtige Ort für formelle und informelle Veranstaltungen. Dank seiner Gärten bietet es eine entspannte und angenehme Atmosphäre, eingerahmt vom Blick auf eine Villa, die an das Königreich Italien erinnert.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
