Das First Hotel Statt befindet sich im Herzen von Söderhamn und ist seit 1880 das berühmteste Hotel der Stadt. Die klassisch eingerichteten Zimmer bieten einen Blick auf den Rathausplatz. Die vollklimatisierten Konferenzeinrichtungen bieten Platz für 400 Teilnehmer. Für Konferenzteilnehmer werden Freizeitprogramme angeboten.
