RÜCKERSTATTUNG DER VERANSTALTUNG, STORNIERUNGS-/UMBUCHUNGSBEDINGUNGEN — Wenn die Veranstaltung mehr als dreißig (30) Tage vor dem Veranstaltungstermin storniert wird, werden fünfzig Prozent (50%) der Anzahlung fällig zurückerstattet. Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, mehr als 30 Tage vor der Veranstaltung einen neuen Termin zu vereinbaren, kann Ihre Anzahlung für ein zukünftiges Veranstaltungstermin innerhalb von sechs (6) Monaten nach dem ursprünglichen Datum verrechnet werden geplantes Datum. Jede Einzahlung, die nicht innerhalb von sechs (6) Monaten nach dem ursprünglichen Veranstaltungstermin verwendet wird, verfällt vom Kunden und wird von Topgolf einbehalten. Wenn die Veranstaltung abgesagt oder verschoben wird, weniger als dreißig (30) Tage, jedoch mehr als sieben (7) Tage vor dem Veranstaltungstermin, verfällt die gesamte Anzahlung durch den Kunden und wird von Topgolf einbehalten. Wenn die Veranstaltung abgesagt oder weniger verschoben wird weniger als (7) Tage vor der Veranstaltung verfällt die gesamte Anzahlung und der Kunde ist für den Betrag der vertraglich vereinbarten Veranstaltungsvereinbarung und alle geltenden Mindestkosten für das Catering verantwortlich. Das Die Stornierungsbedingungen bleiben unabhängig vom Wetter am Tag der geplanten Veranstaltung in Kraft, da Topgolf unabhängig von den Wetterbedingungen gespielt werden kann, mit Ausnahme von Gewalteinflüssen Ereignis der Gewalt (unten definiert). Für Im Sinne der Veranstaltungsvereinbarung umfasst der Begriff „höhere Gewalt“ Streiks, Aussperrungen, Sitzabsprachen, Material- oder Arbeitsbeschränkungen durch Regierungsbehörden, ungewöhnliche Transportverzögerungen, Unruhen, Wirbelstürme, Überschwemmungen, Überschwemmungen, Explosionen, Erdbeben, Feuer, außergewöhnliche Stürme oder andere höhere Gewalt, Handlungen des Staatsfeindes, Kriege, Aufstände und/oder andere Ursachen außerhalb der angemessene Kontrolle über eine der Parteien. Wenn die Durchführung der Veranstaltung aufgrund eines vorhergehenden Ereignisses höherer Gewalt entschuldigt wird, kann der Kunde die gesamte Anzahlung für eine neu geplante Veranstaltung oder für die Die Anzahlung wird in voller Höhe zurückerstattet.
