Das Prager Kongresszentrum steht einem breiten Kundenspektrum zur Verfügung und bietet Dienstleistungen und Räumlichkeiten für Kongresse, Konferenzen, internationale politische Treffen und kulturelle Veranstaltungen. Es befindet sich im größeren Stadtzentrum der Metropole, direkt an der U-Bahnstation der C-Linie Vyšehrad, nur zwei Stationen vom Zentrum Prags entfernt. Für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto oder Bus anreisen, ist der Standort dank der nahe gelegenen Prager Ringstraße sehr leicht zu erreichen. Im Prager Kongresszentrum gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze, darunter eine Ladestation für Elektroautos. Der Flughafen Václav Havel Prag ist nur 18 km vom Prager Kongresszentrum entfernt.
