About us

Nur wenige Schritte vom historischen Zentrum von Pavia entfernt, in einem Park von mehr als drei Hektar, befindet sich Cascina Scova. Die Gebäude waren früher ein Gewächshaus, in dem hauptsächlich Kampferpflanzen standen, deren balsamische Eigenschaften bekannt sind. Heute arbeiten innerhalb der Struktur zwei Spieler zusammen und schließen sich derselben „Mission“ an, damit Sie sich gut fühlen. Ein Hotel mit allen Merkmalen eines Resorts bietet 39 Zimmer, die einen ständigen Kontakt mit der Natur bieten, mehr denn je eine Metapher für Wohlbefinden. Das Hotel bietet einen new meting room für 120 Teilnehmer, der in 2 Räume mit jeweils 50 Sitzplätzen aufgeteilt werden kann. Ein heller Veranstaltungsraum mit Blick auf einen privaten Garten für Abendessen, Ausstellungen und Modenschauen ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
