Yes, We use biodegradable items when possible (i.e. we've replaced plastic straws and stirrers with biodegradable options)

Yes, Decorative pillows have been removed from the guest rooms. Guest rooms, pillows, duvet (de-fogged). Headboards are wiped clean with disinfectant cleaner. Robes are washed.
