Partnerschaften mit lokalen Gruppen wie den Ottumwa Community Players, Ottumwa Symphony und dem Greater Ottumwa Vocal Arts Project wurden aufgebaut, sodass das Bridge View Center das Privileg hat, Anwohnern und Besuchern jeden Alters und jeder Herkunft die darstellende und bildende Kunst näher zu bringen.
