Seit seiner Gründung als Central Park Mall in den 1970er Jahren ist dieses Gebiet reich an Geschichte von Omaha geblieben, einschließlich des Torbogens des Solo Building und der beliebten Rutschen, die sich beide in der Nähe der 11th Street und der Farnam Street befinden.
