Rauchverbot in der Unterkunft, nur in speziellen Raucherbereichen. Wir sind eine tierfreie Einrichtung, nur Assistenzhunde sind auf unserem Grundstück erlaubt.

Stornierungsrichtlinie

Allgemeine Stornierungsbedingungen von ARCG Sobald die Anzahlung an uns gesendet wurde, ist sie nicht erstattungsfähig und nicht übertragbar. Wir werden die Verträge ändern, um die finanziellen Mindestverpflichtungen (Anzahl der Gäste) bis zu 120 Tage vor dem Retreatdatum zu senken. Nach Ablauf der 120 Tage können Verträge nur noch geändert werden, um die finanzielle Mindestverpflichtung (Anzahl der Gäste) zu erhöhen. Sobald ein Vertrag erstellt und genehmigt wurde und storniert wird (auch bevor die Anzahlung geleistet wurde), werden der Gruppe 5$ pro Teilnehmer als Stornogebühr berechnet. Diese Gebühr wird auf die Kosten angerechnet, die ARCG für Softwarekosten in Rechnung gestellt wird (auch für den Fall, dass das Retreat abgesagt wird). Innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach der Reservierung werden keine Rückerstattungen angeboten, da die finanzielle Mindestverbindlichkeit der Gruppe zu diesem Zeitpunkt fällig ist. Wenn deine Gruppe uns eine Anzahl von Gästen gegeben hat und du diese Zahl senkst, Gäste gegen andere Gäste tauschst oder mit weniger Gästen anreist, als das Paket angefordert hat, berechnen wir eine Gebühr von 5$ pro Person für eine späte Stornierung, um unsere Softwarekosten zu decken. Diese Gebühr wird der endgültigen Rechnung hinzugefügt. Die Stornogebühr fällt zusätzlich zur Erfüllung der im Vertrag festgelegten Mindestanzahl an Gästen an. Nach Ablauf der 120 Tage wird Ihnen Ihre Mindestanzahl an Gästen (zuzüglich aller zusätzlichen Gäste) zuzüglich der in den Stornierungsbedingungen aufgeführten Gebühren in Rechnung gestellt.

Unser Anwesen hat mehrere einzigartige Merkmale. Wir haben eine preisgekrönte Zipline-Tour. Wir haben sogar zwei 2,5-stündige Zipline-Erlebnisse auf unserem Grundstück (und noch besser, unsere Übernachtungsgäste erhalten exklusive Preise). Wir haben viele schöne Wanderwege in unserem Redwood-Wald. Und zu guter Letzt haben wir nicht nur die typischen Stockzimmer im Camp/Konferenzzentrum, sondern auch 4 Cottages und 6 Baumhaus-Jurten (5 hoch oben in den Bäumen, 1 ADA)! Sie werden all diese einzigartigen Annehmlichkeiten an einem schönen Ort nirgendwo anders finden.
