Bei einer Stornierung der Veranstaltung durch den Kunden innerhalb von 120 Tagen vor dem voraussichtlichen Veranstaltungstermin (en) wird der unbezahlte Restbetrag gemäß der Vereinbarung sofort fällig und zahlbar, wie aus der jeweils aktuellen Rechnung von MC vor der Veranstaltung hervorgeht. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 120 Tage vor dem/den Veranstaltungstermin (en) kann die ursprüngliche Zahlung (abzüglich 25%, die von MC einzubehalten sind) auf eine andere Kundenveranstaltung angerechnet werden, die innerhalb desselben Kalenderjahres gebucht wurde. Alle Einzahlungen sind nicht erstattungsfähig. MC haftet gegenüber dem Kunden nicht für die Nichterbringung der Anlage und/oder der Dienstleistungen aufgrund von Streiks oder anderen Arbeitskämpfen oder Gründen, die außerhalb seiner Kontrolle liegen, wie Unfälle, Brände oder Stürme, regionale Stromnetzausfälle oder Schließungsanordnungen auf Bundes-, Landes- oder Gemeindeebene, oder sollte die Erfüllung seiner Verpflichtungen aus dieser Vereinbarung aus Gründen, die außerhalb seiner Kontrolle liegen, anderweitig illegal, unsicher oder unmöglich werden („Gesetz höherer Gewalt“). Die alleinige Haftung von MC besteht darin, die Einrichtung oder die Dienstleistungen aufgrund höherer Gewalt nicht bereitzustellen, darin, die Einrichtung zu einem verfügbaren Datum zu verschieben und alle Zahlungen innerhalb eines Jahres nach der zuvor geplanten Veranstaltung auf eine andere Kundenveranstaltung in der Einrichtung zu verrechnen.
