Stornierungsrichtlinie

(a) Durch den Kunden. Für den Fall, dass der Kunde diese Vereinbarung aus irgendeinem Grund kündigen möchte, muss der Kunde Triangle Loft/Bento eine schriftliche Mitteilung über eine solche Absicht senden (die „Kündigungsmitteilung des Kunden“), und es gelten die folgenden Bedingungen: (i) Für den Fall, dass die Kündigungsmitteilung des Kunden mindestens sechzig (60) Kalendertage vor dem Veranstaltungstermin an Triangle Loft/Bento zugestellt wird, erhält der Kunde eine vollständige Rückerstattung aller Beträge, die der Kunde zuvor im Rahmen dieser Vereinbarung an Triangle Loft/Bento gezahlt hat (vorbehaltlich aller Abzüge von der Kaution gemäß Abschnitt 2), abzüglich einer Kündigungsgebühr in Höhe von fünfundzwanzig Prozent (25%) der ursprünglichen Einzahlung, die wie in Abschnitt 2 vorgesehen ist beibehalten von Triangle Loft/Bento. (ii) Für den Fall, dass die Kündigungsmitteilung des Kunden zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt zwischen neunundfünfzig (59) und elf (11) Kalendertagen vor dem Veranstaltungstag an Triangle Loft/Bento zugestellt wird, erhält der Kunde keine Rückerstattung der ursprünglichen Einzahlung. Dieser Betrag kann von Triangle Loft/Bento einbehalten werden, vorausgesetzt, dass die Kaution gemäß Abschnitt 2 zurückerstattet wird und der Kunde einen vollen Betrag in beliebiger Höhe erhält (falls vorhanden), der zuvor zum Zeitpunkt des Eingangs der Kündigungsmitteilung für den Kunden auf den Restbetrag angerechnet wurde. (iii) Für den Fall, dass die Kündigungsmitteilung des Kunden zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt innerhalb von zehn (10) Kalendertagen nach dem Veranstaltungstermin an Triangle Loft/Bento zugestellt wird, ist der gesamte Vertragspreis fällig und vom Kunden an Triangle Loft/Bento zu zahlen, und es erfolgt keinerlei Rückerstattung in Bezug auf den Gesamtvertragspreis, vorausgesetzt, die Kaution wird gemäß den Abschnitt 2.
