Das Agua Hotels Mondim De Basto befindet sich auf einem 620 Hektar großen Grundstück mit Blick auf den Fluss Tamega in einer atemberaubenden Naturlandschaft am Berg Senhora da Graça. Das Hotel verfügt über zweiundvierzig Schlafzimmer und zwei Suiten auf drei Etagen, alle mit einem Balkon mit Blick auf das Tamega-Tal. Es gibt auch drei geräumige Mountain Chalets mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei „Espigueiros“, kleine Villen mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die als typische lokale Getreidespeicher entworfen wurden und die gleichen Einrichtungen wie das Hotel bieten.
