Das City of Miramar Cultural Center verfügt über ein Theater für darstellende Kunst mit 800 Sitzplätzen, einen eleganten Bankettsaal am See mit Sitzplätzen für 300 Personen (maximale Kapazität von 600 Personen), eine hauseigene Kunstgalerie und einen üppigen botanischen Garten mit öffentlichen Kunstwerken.

Das zentral gelegene Center ist von der Red Road nördlich des Miramar Parkway aus sichtbar und zugänglich.
