Das Hotel Sassi ist ein 3-Sterne-Hotel in Matera. Es zeigt die magische Atmosphäre eines bezaubernden Komplexes aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, der sich im Sasso Barisano zwischen der Via San Giovanni Vecchio und der Via Fiorentini in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums befindet. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Sie unterscheiden sich voneinander. Von den Terrassen und Balkonen der Zimmer aus kann man die romanische Kathedrale bewundern und auch das atemberaubende Panorama des Sasso Barisano genießen. Die großen Säle, der Frühstücksraum, die Bar und der Konferenzsaal befinden sich in einer für die „Rioni Sassi“ typischen, in den Fels gehauenen Umgebung.
