Das Hotel Ever Spring Penhu ist das erste Meeres-Themenhotel in Penghu, einer vorgelagerten Insel vor der Westküste Taiwans, die aus 90 Inseln mit wunderschönem Strand, windigem Wind, glitzernden Wellen, blauem Himmel besteht und reich an Kultur und Geschichte ist. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Magong City, neben dem Hafen Magong und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Fährterminal Magong entfernt (140 m/2 Minuten).
