Die Villa Söderas ist eine der schönsten Villen von Lidingö, wunderschön gelegen mit freiem Meerblick auf den Wasserweg nach Stockholm. Eine ruhige Oase abseits des Trubels der Stadt und doch nur 20 Minuten vom Zentrum Stockholms entfernt. Das Hotel verfügt über 37 Zimmer, davon 33 Doppelzimmer und 4 Einzelzimmer — insgesamt 80 Betten. In der Villa Söderas gibt es Räume für alle Arten von Tagungen. Von Vorstandssitzungen und kleinen Gruppen bis hin zu Konferenzen für das gesamte Unternehmen. Der größte Raum bietet Platz für bis zu 50 Gäste in Theaterbestuhlung.
