KICC gilt als das größte, eleganteste, funktionalste und einzige autonome Kongresszentrum in Griechenland. Es ist ein herrliches dreistöckiges, zweckmäßiges, vollständig autonomes und modernes Gebäude mit direktem Zugang zur Straße für einfaches Beladen. Kipriotis Hotels und KICC verfügen über insgesamt 40 Tagungsräume mit einer Gesamtkapazität von bis zu 7.000 Personen (5.500 KICC und 1.500 im Kipriotis Panorama Hotel), ein Hauptauditorium mit 2.300 Sitzplätzen und 3.000 m² Ausstellungsfläche. KICC ist eines der modernsten Kongresszentren in Griechenland, das mit modernster audiovisueller Ausrüstung und Übersetzungstechnologie ausgestattet ist.
