About us
Der Name des Hotels leitet sich vom Namen der Muse Erato ab, einer der 9 Musen der griechischen Mythologie. Aufgrund seiner allgemeinen zentralen Lage bietet das Erato Hotel seinen Gästen die Möglichkeit, alle Dörfer von Gouves (dimos) und alle Ziele Kretas sehr einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Nur 500 m vom Hotel entfernt befindet sich das D.E.K.K. (Internationales Ausstellungszentrum von Kreta), weshalb das Hotel auch im Winter geöffnet ist, sowie das größte Aquarium des Balkans. Irgendwo zwischen diesen traditionellen Dörfern liegt das Küstendorf Gournes, in dem Sie das Erato Hotel finden. Ein nettes kleines familiengeführtes Hotel mit einer eigenen Geschichte, die viele Jahre in Betrieb hat, auch dank der Unterstützung der vielen wiederholten „Hotelfreunde“. Erato wurde im traditionellen kretischen Stil erbaut und kürzlich komplett renoviert.
