About us

Das Albergo Trattoria Alessi befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt, nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt. Es verwandelt sich vom Hotel in eine traditionelle Trattoria oder ein stilvolles Restaurant und zieht Hunderte von Gästen an. Alle Zimmer wurden kürzlich renoviert. Alle unsere Zimmer blicken auf die Altstadt von Desenzano del Garda, auf die charakteristische Via Castello oder den Innenhof. Man kann die Weinbar mit ihren farbenfrohen Aperitifs und Buffets oder Galaabenden in der Sala Rossa oder im Corte Pozzi erleben. Der Red Room bietet Platz für Geschäftsessen und Abendessen. Das Restaurant Corte Pozzi bietet Platz für Geburtstagsfeiern und andere private Veranstaltungen. Die Weinbar ist auch der perfekte Treffpunkt.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
