About us

Das Grand Hotel Excelsior, im ursprünglichen Liberty-Stil erbaut, wurde erstmals in den 1960er Jahren erweitert. Seitdem wurde es kontinuierlich modernisiert, bis es vor Kurzem komplett renoviert wurde, um es den höchsten Qualitätsstandards eines Luxushotels zu entsprechen. Das Hotel verfügt über 72 Zimmer, die nach ihren Merkmalen und Ausstattungsmerkmalen in die folgenden Kategorien unterteilt sind: Economy, Standard, Superior, Junior Suiten und Suiten. Für Familien stehen Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zur Verfügung. Im Laufe der Jahre hat das Konferenzzentrum des Hotels eine Reihe berühmter Redner empfangen und war Schauplatz zahlreicher wichtiger politischer, sozialer und künstlerischer Veranstaltungen von nationaler und internationaler Bedeutung. Neben dem Saal „Lorenzo il Magnifico“ umfasst das Excelsior-Konferenzzentrum 7 weitere kleinere Räume, die Platz für 30 bis 180 Personen bieten. Jeder Raum hat seinen eigenen unabhängigen Zugang, um sicherzustellen, dass Veranstaltungen unabhängig voneinander abgehalten werden können. Das Hotel blickt auf die Piazza Italia, den Hauptplatz und das zentrale Einkaufsviertel von Chianciano Terme. Diese privilegierte Lage befindet sich direkt oberhalb der Viale della Liberta, einer der belebtesten Straßen von Chianciano, voller Geschäfte und Bars.

When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
