Abnutzung/ Teilstornierung Fluktuation ist die Gesamtzahl der vertraglich vereinbarten Artikel (Räume, Tagungsräume, F & B-Veranstaltungsnummern), die der Kunde stornieren/reduzieren kann, bevor Gebühren anfallen. Wird auch als Teilstornierung bezeichnet. Hinweis - Mehr als 180 Tage Der Mieter hat das Recht, die 10% der Gesamtzahl der Vertragsgegenstände ohne Vertragsstrafe zu reduzieren. Wenn die Menge der stornierten Artikel die 10% überschreitet, muss der Mieter nach jedem der stornierten Artikel (über den 10%) einen Aufpreis für eine Nacht nach der Übernachtung, eine Tagesmiete nach Abschluss der Konferenzräume und einen Tagespreis nach dem Verpflegungspaket als Stornogebühr zahlen. - Zwischen 180 und 45 Tagen Der Mieter hat das Recht, die 10% der Gesamtzahl der Vertragsgegenstände ohne Vertragsstrafe zu reduzieren.
