Basierend auf dem in dieser Vereinbarung vereinbarten Gesamtbetrag zuzüglich aller anfallenden Steuern fallen im Falle einer Stornierung der gesamten Veranstaltung an. -ab dem Datum der Unterzeichnung des vorliegenden Vertrags bis 180 Tage vor der Veranstaltung: 15% des Bruttogesamtbetrags -von 179-90 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung: 40% des Bruttogesamtbetrags -von 89-60 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung: 65% des Bruttogesamtbetrags -innerhalb von 59-7 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung: 90% des Bruttogesamtbetrags -innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung: 100% des Bruttogesamtbetrags 2. Abnutzung/ Teilstornierung Fluktuation ist die Gesamtzahl der vertraglich vereinbarten Artikel (Räume, Tagungsräume, F & B-Veranstaltungsnummern), die der Kunde stornieren/reduzieren kann, bevor Gebühren anfallen. Wird auch als Teilstornierung bezeichnet. Hinweis - Mehr als 180 Tage Der Mieter hat das Recht, die 10% der Gesamtzahl der Vertragsgegenstände ohne Vertragsstrafe zu reduzieren. Wenn die Menge der stornierten Artikel die 10% überschreitet, muss der Mieter nach jedem der stornierten Artikel (über den 10%) einen Aufpreis für eine Nacht nach der Übernachtung, eine Tagesmiete nach Abschluss der Konferenzräume und einen Tagespreis nach dem Verpflegungspaket als Stornogebühr zahlen. - Zwischen 180 und 45 Tagen Der Mieter hat das Recht, die 10% der Gesamtzahl der Vertragsgegenstände ohne Vertragsstrafe zu reduzieren. Wenn die Menge der stornierten Artikel die 10% überschreitet, muss der Mieter nach jedem der stornierten Artikel (über den 10%) einen Aufpreis für eine Nacht nach der Übernachtung, eine Tagesmiete nach Abschluss der Konferenzräume und einen Tagespreis nach dem Verpflegungspaket als Stornogebühr zahlen. - Zwischen 45 und 8 Tagen Der Mieter hat das Recht, die 5% der Gesamtzahl der Vertragsgegenstände ohne Vertragsstrafe zu reduzieren. Wenn die Menge der stornierten Artikel die 5% überschreitet, muss der Mieter nach jedem der stornierten Artikel (über den 5%) einen Aufpreis für eine Nacht nach der Übernachtung, eine Tagesmiete nach Abschluss der Konferenzräume und einen Tagespreis nach dem Verpflegungspaket als Stornogebühr zahlen. - Innerhalb von 7 Tagen Kürzungen auf überarbeitete Mindestwerte sind nicht zulässig.
