Die Cappella Colleoni (Colleoni-Kapelle) ist eine Kirche/ein Mausoleum.
Es ist den Heiligen Bartholomäus, Markus und Johannes dem Täufer gewidmet und wurde 1472—1476 als persönliches Heiligtum für den berühmten Condottiere Bartolomeo Colleoni, Mitglied einer der herausragendsten Familien der Stadt, und seine geliebte Tochter Medea erbaut. Als Standort wurde die Sakristei der nahegelegenen Kirche Santa Maria Maggiore ausgewählt, die von Colleonis Soldaten abgerissen wurde.
Der Entwurf wurde Giovanni Antonio Amadeo anvertraut, dessen Plan den Stil der Kirche respektierte, wie der achteckige Tambour der Kuppel und die Spitze der Laterne sowie die Verwendung von polychromem Marmor zeigen.
