Das Hotel besteht aus fünf Suiten, die Suiten 1—3 sind zweistöckig, Wohnzimmer und Küche im ersten Stock, Schlafplätze im zweiten Stock; fünf Schlafzimmer pro Suite. Die Suiten 4-5 sind einstöckig, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche befinden sich auf einer Etage; jeweils vier Schlafzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer sind entweder mit 2 Queensize-Betten oder 1 Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet. Die Wohnzimmer der Suiten 1—3 verfügen über bewegliche Garagentore als Wände, sodass die Räume zu einem großen Veranstaltungsraum mit bis zu 300 Stehplätzen (4.840 Quadratfuß) zusammengefasst werden können. Jede der Suiten hat auch ein Garagentor mit Blick auf den Innenhof/Pool, wodurch ein umwandelbarer Innen- und Außenbereich entsteht. Die Dachterrasse verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, 4 Badezimmer, einen Lobbybereich mit Klimaanlage im Innenbereich und bietet Platz für bis zu 180 Stehplätze (2400 Quadratfuß). Der gesamte Raum bietet Platz für bis zu 520 Personen.
