Das Hotel Brussels verfügt über 12 hochmoderne Tagungsräume auf der 1., 25., 26. und 27. Etage. Auf der 1. Etage befindet sich der Grand Ballroom (Theater für 400 Personen), umgeben von einem großen Foyerbereich mit Tageslicht, das für Kaffeepausen und Stehessen mit Tischdisplays genutzt wird. Der Park-Ballsaal bietet Tageslicht und kann als Erweiterung des Foyerbereichs genutzt werden, um eine große Ausstellungsfläche von ca. 368 m2 zu schaffen. Im Folgenden finden Sie Statistiken zur Platzierung von Tagungsräumen pro Etage: • 25. Stock: 3 Tagungsräume • 26. Stock: 4 Tagungsräume • 27. Stock: A Vista mit einem new meting room für bis zu 150 Teilnehmer. Alle Etagen verfügen über einen großen Foyerbereich, der für Kaffeepausen und Mittagessen genutzt wird. Alle Etagen und Tagungsräume verfügen über Tageslicht. Die 6 superschnellen Aufzüge (jeweils für 15 Personen) können in 27 Sekunden vom 1. zum 27. Stock hochfahren und das System kann so programmiert werden, dass die Teilnehmer nicht vor den Aufzügen festsitzen. Weitere 13 Pausenräume können angeboten werden, indem die Panorama-Suiten in Tagungs-/Tagungsräume (10 bis 15 Personen) umgewandelt werden. Unser Catering-Angebot ist einzigartig und spiegelt den Wert unseres Küchenchefs Pierre Balthazar wider: mit seiner geschmackvollen Zusammenstellung frischer und saisonaler Produkte, um eine Vielzahl von Gerichten zu kreieren, die Authentizität und Kreativität verkörpern. Die 423 Zimmer (318 Superior, 87 Deluxe, 13 Panorama-Suiten, 4 Splendour Suiten, 1 The Suite) befinden sich auf 21 Etagen in einem Hochhaus mit 4 Executive-Etagen, einige davon mit beeindruckendem Blick auf die Stadt. Einige Zimmer blicken nach Norden und andere nach Süden. Die Größe aller Zimmer ist gleich; 27 Quadratmeter mit Ausnahme der Panorama- und Splendour-Suiten, die mit bis zu 100 Quadratmetern größer sind. Alle Zimmer sind in eleganten Schwarz- und Cremefarben gehalten und verfügen über eine zusätzliche Nespresso-Maschine und einen Kühlschrank mit kostenlosen Annehmlichkeiten. Im Allgemeinen beinhalten alle Zimmertypen Folgendes: • Kostenloses WLAN • Kaffee- und Teekocher, • Smart-TV • Sicher. • Ausgestattet mit Domotiksystemen, automatischen Vorhängen und stimmungsvoller Beleuchtung.

Place Eugène Flagey (auf Französisch: Place Eugène Flagey, auf Niederländisch: Flageyplein, normalerweise von Einheimischen zu Flagey gekürzt), ist ein Platz in der Brüsseler Gemeinde Elsene (Ixelles), Belgien. Es wurde zu Ehren von Eugène Flagey, Bürgermeister von Elsene/Ixelles von 1935 bis 1953, benannt. Mit zehn Straßen, die am Flagey Square zusammenlaufen, ist es eine der am besten verbundenen Kreuzungen der Stadt, direkt neben den benachbarten Elsene/Ixelles-Teichen (die Straße, die sie trennt, verschwindet jetzt). Unter dem Platz wurden ein großes Hochwasserschutzreservoir (notwendig aufgrund des tief liegenden Geländes und des hohen Grundwasserspiegels) und ein Parkplatz gebaut. Das Gebiet, das den Platz umfasst, wurde von den Elsene/Ixelles-Teichen bedeckt, bis 1860 einer der ursprünglichen Teiche im Rahmen einer neuen Stadtgestaltung entwässert wurde. Ab 2002 wurde der Platz umfassend renoviert. Vor der Renovierung wurde der Platz hauptsächlich als Open-Air-Parkplatz genutzt. Das Projekt verzögerte sich um ein Vielfaches und alle Aktivitäten mussten manchmal monatelang zum Erliegen kommen. Die Pläne wurden 2004 teilweise auf Nachfrage des Anwohnerverbandes neu gestaltet. Zu ihren Forderungen gehörte die vollständige Beseitigung von oberirdischen Parkplätzen auf dem Platz. Der ursprüngliche Plan wurde nicht als ehrgeizig genug angesehen und ein neuer Wettbewerb für internationale Angebote verschiedener Architekten wurde ins Leben gerufen. Latz&Partner und D+A International gewannen den Auftrag schließlich. [1]
