Falls bestätigte Konferenzteilnehmer nicht zum vereinbarten Termin erscheinen, gilt dies als Absage. Wenn die Unterkunft dem einzelnen Konferenzteilnehmer/Kunden in Rechnung gestellt werden soll, wird die entsprechende Kreditkarte belastet — sofern das Hotel vom Kunden ausreichende Informationen erhalten hat, um eine gültige Gebühr zu erheben. Wenn das Hotel der Ansicht ist, dass die Informationen zur Sicherung der Zahlungen nicht ausreichen, behält sich das Hotel das Recht vor, das Hauptkonto der Konferenzorganisatoren mit den fälligen Beträgen zu belasten. Alle Änderungsanträge zu früheren Reservierungen, die eine Reduzierung des Veranstaltungspreises, eine Änderung von Datum und/oder Uhrzeit, eine Verringerung der Dauer, Menge und/oder Qualität der reservierten Dienstleistungen oder Räumlichkeiten oder eine Verringerung der Anzahl der Gäste zur Folge haben, gelten je nach Umfang der Reduzierung. Das Hotel behält sich das Recht vor, jede teilweise Stornierung, die mehr als 60% des Gesamtbetrags für die Veranstaltung ausmacht, als vollständige Stornierung anzusehen. Bei Nichterscheinen wird eine Stornogebühr in Höhe der vertraglich vereinbarten Gesamtaufenthaltsdauer erhoben. Startdatum ist der erste Tag, an dem die Unterkunft für die Gruppe reserviert wird, oder das Datum des ersten Treffens oder der ersten Veranstaltung, je nachdem, welcher Zeitpunkt früher liegt.
