Das L'Ermitage Hôtel Cuisine-à-Manger bietet eine bezaubernde Umgebung mit Blick auf die Stadt für Tagungen, Seminare und Veranstaltungen aller Art. Sie sind komplett ausgestattet: Schwarz- und Pappkartons, riesige Leinwände, Videoprojektoren und WLAN. WLAN und private Parkplätze sind kostenlos. SCHLAF Nüchternheit und Bescheidenheit waren eine notwendige Reaktion an diesem Ort, an dem bis Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts Eremiten lebten.
