The Sheraton Suites Market Center Dallas completed a multi-million-dollar renovation in 2018. The renovation included guestrooms, hallways, public areas, restaurant, lounge, club lounge, pool, fitness room and exterior paint. The refreshed look gives the hotel a modern appeal and décor. As an All-Suites property, guests have 3 design options. A King Suite with a separate parlor area, A Double Queen Suite with a separate parlor area, and a King/Queen suite with no parlor area. All parlors include a full-sized sleeper sofa, and all rooms have a microwave, refrigerator and laptop safe tucked into the cabinetry. Each bedroom has beautiful outdoor terraces with beautiful views of downtown Dallas, Design District and Market Center Located in the Market Center area of Dallas, The Sheraton Suites is convenient to the Bishop Arts District, Dallas Design District, Dallas Medical District, Uptown and Downtown Dallas.

The Arbor Kitchen, the Hotel Restaurant, is a Farm-to-Table concept created by and overseen by renowned Chef Alex Malik. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The Hotel also provides a Lounge/Bar area with daily service and a Billiard Room where guests can unwind and relax during their stay. The Pool area offers a jacuzzi and a unique in design indoor/outdoor pool which can be enjoyed year round.
