Host the perfect event at hotel Scandic Copenhagen with our spacious and modern conference venues. Our hotel's conference suite is over 1,500 sqm and offers flexible meeting facilities. The hotel has 16 conference venues and 9 of them have capacity for more than 60 people. All venues are equipped with the best IT and AV equipment available. There's free wireless internet access for everyone taking part. We believe that the success of any event depends on the following: the programme, the location, the venues, the facilities, the food and the surroundings. At hotel Scandic Copenhagen, we offer professional staff, who always make sure your needs are met, and smart solutions so your event and/or conference turns out just the way you want it to. Our hotel is one of the largest conference hotels in Copenhagen, and our flexible conference rooms can accommodate from 2 to 1,100 people. Our hotel offers plenty of opportunities to relax after an eventful day. Our barista is ready and waiting with freshly brewed coffee in our cosy lobby bar, and our hotel restaurant serves delicious food. If you're travelling with kids, there's room for play and entertainment in our playroom on the ground floor. Keep fit in our modern gym or borrow/rent one of our Scandic bicycles and discover the city from a new perspective. If you need to park your car, you can park at an additional cost outside or in an underground parking area under our hotel. Scandic Copenhagen is centrally located in Copenhagen and enjoys a scenic setting with views of the Lakes, and just around the corner is shopping and sights, such as Tivoli Gardens. From our hotel, you are within walking distance of most of Copenhagen; however, if you need to travel further, then public transport is available. A few minutes’ walk from our hotel is the Central Station and Vesterport Station, where trains and buses depart regularly throughout the day and night.
