Cancellation Policy
Full Cancellation: You may cancel this Express Agreement only by giving written notice to us. No cancellation fees will be owed for cancellation between date of signing and 14 days in advance of the Event, however the nonrefundable deposit (if any) will be retained by the Hotel. Cancellation notices received between 13 days and 8 days prior to Arrival Date will incur a full cancellation charge equal to 80% of the Total Anticipated Revenue. As products and services must be purchased and scheduled in advance, cancellation notices received 7 days or less in advance of the Event will incur a full cancellation fee equal to 100% of either the Total Anticipated Revenue or the total charges for the Event (including labor, gratuities, and service charges, rentals and applicable taxes) for the final guarantee or contracted number of guests, whichever is higher. Individual Reservation Cancel Policy: 72 hours.
